🔄 Solfru Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Solfru.com. Because we operate on a dropshipping model, please read this policy carefully, as the return process involves our global supplier partners.


1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 07 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Request within 07 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
  • You must provide the original order number and a clear reason for the return.

2. The Return Process (Mandatory Steps)

Due to our dropshipping model, you must contact us first to initiate a return. Do not send the product back to the return address on the shipping label, as that is our supplier’s warehouse and the item may not be logged or processed correctly.

Step 1: Request Authorization (RMA)

within the 07-day window.

  • Include your Order Number and a detailed reason for the return.
  • For damaged/defective items: Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the fault.

Step 2: Await Instructions

Once your request is reviewed, we will process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will email you the precise return address, which will be the specific warehouse location designated by our supplier.

Step 3: Shipping the Item Back

  1. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item to the specific return address provided to you.
  4. You must use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs – Who Pays?

Your responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Refused/Unclaimed Packages (Failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs)The Dropshiper will be responsible for re-shipping fees or will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping costs paid by Solfru.

4. Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return is received by the supplier’s warehouse and inspected:

  1. Inspection: We will notify you via email when the item has arrived at the warehouse. The supplier will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging).
  2. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Timeline: Please allow 7–14 business days after the supplier confirms inspection for the refund to reflect in your account. This timeline accounts for supplier verification and bank processing times.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale/Clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
  • Perishable Goods (if applicable to a product category).
  • Products considered hygiene items once opened (e.g., certain intimate apparel, personal care products, etc.).
  • Products returned without any reason, it can only be returned if issue is from our end else Dropshiper will bear the product.
  • Items returned without prior RMA authorization.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • We can only cancel or modify an order if it has not yet been processed by the supplier.
  • Please contact us immediately (within 12 hours of placing the order) if you wish to cancel. Once the order enters the ‘In-Fulfillment’ stage, we are unable to stop the shipment process.
