What is the "Solfru Model," and how does dropshipping work?

Solfru operates on a dropshipping fulfillment model. This means that when you place an order, we immediately send the details to our trusted fulfillment partners (suppliers), who then package and ship the product directly to your doorstep.

  • The Advantage: We focus on curation and quality control, not warehousing. This allows us to offer you a wider variety of unique products at competitive prices, as we pass the savings from reduced overhead back to you.
How do you ensure product quality if you don't stock the items?

Quality is our top priority:

  1. Supplier Vetting: We partner only with suppliers who meet strict quality standards and have proven track records.
  2. Product Inspection: Our fulfillment partners are mandated to conduct a quality check before dispatching any item.
  3. Customer Feedback: We continuously monitor feedback; any product or supplier that fails to meet our standards is immediately reviewed and potentially removed.

Ordering & Shipping

What is the total delivery time for my order within India?

Your total delivery time is split into two phases:

  1. Processing (3–7 Business Days): Time for the supplier to verify, quality-check, and prepare the package.
  2. Shipping Transit (4–15 Business Days): The courier's time to deliver the item across India.

Total Estimated Delivery: Please allow 6–19 Business Days for your order to arrive. This timeframe helps us account for all Pan-India logistics.

Why did I only receive one item when I ordered multiple products?

Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way! If you ordered items sourced from different specialized suppliers, they are shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery for each specific item. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

When will I get my tracking number?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order has completed the Processing Phase and the supplier has handed it over to the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show activity after receiving the email.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I place it?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been forwarded to our supplier for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

What is Solfru's return window?

We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged or defective?

If an item is defective, we will resolve it immediately:

  1. Take clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage.
  2. Email the evidence along with your Order Number to [Your Support Email Here].
  3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, typically without requiring the damaged item to be shipped back.
Who pays for the return shipping cost?

The cost responsibility depends on the reason:

  • Solfru pays if the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • The Customer pays if the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes up to a certain limit.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Solfru never stores your sensitive credit card or banking details directly on our servers.
