At Solfru, we believe joy and quality shouldn’t have borders. We offer shipping to most countries worldwide! As an international dropshipping brand, we work with global suppliers, which means we prioritize careful fulfillment and transparency over instant delivery.

Please read our delivery expectations carefully before placing your order.

1. The Solfru Fulfillment Timeline (2 Parts)

Your total delivery time is split into two phases: Processing (handled by our supplier) and Shipping (handled by the carrier).

Phase 1: Order Processing (The Internal Phase)

Phase 2: Shipping / Transit Time (The Carrier Phase)

Transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Please be aware that these are estimates and can vary based on your local customs office and postal service efficiency.

2. Tracking Your Solfru Order

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your unique tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order (once it has been processed and physically picked up by the carrier).
  • Tracking Updates: Your tracking link may take 24-48 hours to show activity after you receive the email. If the tracking shows an item has left the country of origin, please be patient, as updates can be slow while the package is in transit between international ports.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Crucial Disclosure)

All international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or duties that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

  • Solfru is NOT responsible for any fees charged by customs. We ship your package internationally, and the final delivery is subject to the customs laws of your country.
  • Refused Packages: If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, the package may be held at customs or returned to the sender. In this event, we can only issue a refund once the item is safely returned to our supplier (a process that can take months), and the refund will be minus the original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee to cover our loss.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Failed Deliveries

Non-Deliverable Locations:

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases due to restrictions imposed by our global carrier network. Please ensure you provide a valid street address for delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If the tracking information shows the package has been “Delivered” to your address, Solfru is not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmation of delivery. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office immediately.
  • If your tracking has stalled and the package is deemed Lost in Transit (i.e., no update for 60 consecutive days), we will process a replacement or a full refund.
