Here is everything you need to know about receiving your order within India.


1. Delivery Timeline: What to Expect

Your total delivery time is the combination of Processing Time (getting the order ready) and Transit Time (shipping to your door).

Phase 1: Order Processing

2. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders above ₹ [Insert your Free Shipping Threshold, e.g., 999].

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the courier name and your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • You can track your order status live via the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

3. Important Notes for Indian Customers

  • Remote Location Surcharge: While we strive to maintain our flat rates, highly remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may, on rare occasions, be subject to a final review. We will contact you immediately if any additional charges apply before processing your order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, locked premises, or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for a re-shipping fee to send the item out again.
  • P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes (Post Box addresses) or Army Post Office (APO) addresses. Please provide a complete street address.
